This is an application for survivors of the 2020 Echo Mountain Fire Complex who lost their primary residence and have been unable to rebuild.

The applicant must own the property upon which they intend to rebuild their primary residence, and qualify as low income according to the Lincoln County Area Median Income (below 80% of AMI).

This a three bedroom, one bath modular home equipped with appliances. This is a tax exempt donation, the recipient will not be obligated to report this as taxable assets, however it may increase the property owners property tax. Permitting and site preparations will also be covered.
